- Egg4 unit(s)
- Oil1/2 cup
- Refined or demerara sugar1 cup
- Organic Honey (Gerais honey)2 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Brigadier for topping to taste
- Chocolate Granules for topping to taste
- In the blender place the carrots cut into pieces, the eggs, the oil, the honey and the sugar and beat well for about 5 minutes
- In a bowl, sift the flour and baking powder and add the mixture beaten in the blender, stir until smooth and a smooth dough.
- Place in silicone cupcake molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Make a brigadeiro: in the pan put 1 can of condensed milk, 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of powdered chocolate or cocoa powder and mix well, stir until it comes off the bottom of the pan and that's it (wait for it to cool down to add in the cupcakes)
- Wait for the cupcakes to cool down and unmold, put the brigadeiro frosting to taste and add the chocolate sprinkles.
- Tip: put it in decorated molds to give it a special touch 🧁
