- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Xylitol1/2 cup
- Oat flour1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Chocolate chips to taste
- Beat the eggs (remove the film) in the blender.
- Add the oil, carrot, flour and xylitol.
- After obtaining a homogeneous mass. Add the yeast.
- Pour the dough into silicone molds and decorate with chocolate chips.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
