- In a blender, beat the chopped carrots together with the oil.
- In another container, add the flour, yeast and sugar and mix with a
- Fuê or big spoon.
- Then add this mixture to the blender and mix well.
- Grease the ballerine pan and then place the dough, hit a little so that the dough is well aligned in the pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Let it cool and turn the cake carefully so it doesn't break.
- In a pan put the chopped chocolate, margarine and condensed milk.
- Stir while the chocolate melts and then add the cream.
- Stir until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan and let it cool.
- Put all the filling on the cake until all the dough is covered.
- Be careful not to spill it, because the idea is that the cake looks like a swimming pool.
- Finish with sprinkles and it's ready to be served.
