wheat flour2 cup
refined sugar2 cup
oil (240ml)1 cup
yeast1 tablespoon
milk chocolate300 g
condensed milk1 can(s)
sour cream1 can(s)
butter1 tablespoon
Confectionery like sprinkles. to taste

In a blender, beat the chopped carrots together with the oil.
In another container, add the flour, yeast and sugar and mix with a
Fuê or big spoon.
Then add this mixture to the blender and mix well.
Grease the ballerine pan and then place the dough, hit a little so that the dough is well aligned in the pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Let it cool and turn the cake carefully so it doesn't break.
In a pan put the chopped chocolate, margarine and condensed milk.
Stir while the chocolate melts and then add the cream.
Stir until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan and let it cool.
Put all the filling on the cake until all the dough is covered.
Be careful not to spill it, because the idea is that the cake looks like a swimming pool.
Finish with sprinkles and it's ready to be served.
