- brown sugar150 g
- demerara sugar150 g
- Eggs6 unit(s)
- Grate the skinless carrots, and cook without water in a small pot for 2 min over low heat.
- Beat all the ingredients, first the eggs, then the sugars, butter and the carrot, don't beat it, just put it on top of the dough.
- Put it in a greased shape already with burnt sugar. Leave in a bain-marie for 40 minutes.
- Put the fridge.
