- Sugar100 g
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Creamy Brigadeiro20 unit(s)
- Add the wheat flour and baking powder and set aside. Beat all the other ingredients in the blender and once it's homogeneous, mix it with the flour and baking soda.
- Heat a pan with oil and with the help of a spoon, wrap the brigadeiro balls in the dumpling dough and deep fry.
