- Cinnamon stick1 unit(s)
- Place the cloves, cinnamon and sugar in a pan and turn on low heat.
- Stir until the sugar melts, when it starts to take color, turn off the heat and add the milk very gently so you don't splash too much.
- When this happens, turn off the heat and squeeze the lemon juice.
- Mix and leave the pan off for 5-10 minutes, until the milk curdles.
- Turn the heat back on and cook over medium heat until the desired temperature is reached.
- The milk has to reduce well, this will take about 25-35 minutes.
- When there is still a little liquid, turn off the heat and wait for it to cool.
