- Cassava1 kg
- Sugar2 cup
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Grated coconut (reserve some for sprinkling)100 g
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Whole milk200 ml
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Peel the cassava, wash in running water and grate (or grind in the processor)
- Place the grated cassava in a bowl, add the eggs, margarine, milk, sugar, grated coconut and yeast
- Mix well, pour the dough into a mold greased with margarine and sprinkled with grated coconut.
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes or until baked.
- Ready!
