3 cups coarsely grated cassava 1 and 1/2 cup sugar 3 tablespoons butter 1 and 1/2 cup wheat flour 4 eggs 1 package 50g grated coconut 1 package 50g grated cheese 1 tablespoon baking powder

Cassava cake 😃

Bata a manteiga com o açúcar e os ovos, misture a mandioca ralada, junte a farinha e o fermento.

Por último, acrescente o coco e o queijo ralado.

Asse em forma untada em forno preaquecido por 40 minutos.

Beat the butter with the sugar and the eggs, mix the grated cassava, add the flour and the yeast.

Finally, add the coconut and grated cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes.
