- grated coconut100 g
- Milk1 cup
- Coconut Milk200 ml
- unsalted butter100 g
- Sugar2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Grated Cassava600 g
- Salt (a pinch) to taste
- Place the coconut in a bowl, drizzle with the milk and coconut milk and let it hydrate for 10 minutes. Add the butter, sugar and eggs and beat until smooth. Add the cassava and a pinch of salt and mix well.
- Transfer to a greased medium form and take it to the medium oven, preheated, for 50 minutes or until firm. Remove, let cool and serve.
