- grated cassava1 kg
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Sugar3 cup
- Margarine5 tablespoon
- Coconut milk3 cup
- Fresh grated coconut1/2 unit(s)
- In the blender add the coconut milk, margarine, eggs and sugar. Beat well, for approximately 5 minutes.
- In a bowl place the grated cassava, then add the blender mixture, mix well.
- Finally, add the grated coconut, stir a little more. Grease a 19cm central hole shape, and add your cake dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 60 minutes. Until it turns golden, like the one in the photo. Wait for it to cool, use a knife or spatula, and pass around the entire cake so that it comes off completely. Done that, misinform and delight yourself with this wonder, accompanied by a warm coffee.
