- condensed milk2 unit(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Lemon Juice1 can(s)
- Lemon zest1 to taste
- White chocolate300 g
- Milk400 ml
- Let's start with the mousse, in the blender beat the whey-free cream, the condensed milk and the juice very well, soon you will see that the consistency will be firm.
- On a platter add a layer of mousse, then a layer of biscuit moistened in milk (this process has to be very quick, dip the biscuit and remove it).
- Add chopped chocolate, and continue the process until you finish in mousse.
- Add the chocolate and lemon zest. Take the fridge for 6 hours.
- The platter is really big, it makes a lot!!! You can also make half the recipe ☺️
