  • Whipped cream -500 ml
  • Milk in Nest3 tablespoon
  • Royal Icing3 tablespoon
  1. In the mixer, put all the ingredients, don't forget that the whipped cream must be well chilled and the dry ingredients, sieved.
  2. Turn the mixer to low speed and increase to medium when it starts to thicken.
  3. Stop beating when the chantininho forms a hole in the center and hard peaks (when you pick up a portion with a spoon and it doesn't fall out).
  4. To control the texture (hydrate) add condensed milk in small amounts and stir well with a spatula. Now just use it!
