- In the mixer, put all the ingredients, don't forget that the whipped cream must be well chilled and the dry ingredients, sieved.
- Turn the mixer to low speed and increase to medium when it starts to thicken.
- Stop beating when the chantininho forms a hole in the center and hard peaks (when you pick up a portion with a spoon and it doesn't fall out).
- To control the texture (hydrate) add condensed milk in small amounts and stir well with a spatula. Now just use it!
