- Sour cream200 ml
- Cottage cheese200 g
- Colorless gelatin12 g
- Guava300 g
- Water150 ml
- Beat the cream cheese, condensed milk and cream in a blender for approximately 3 minutes. Dissolve the colorless gelatin as instructed on the package. Mix with the cream in the blender and hit another 3 minutes. Put the cream on a plate and put it in the fridge.
- In a pan, place the guava paste, water and bring to the boil, stirring constantly until the guava paste is creamy, about 5 minutes.
- When the cream in the fridge is cold, spread the cold guava paste over it and put it in the fridge again. Serve cold.
