- Cream cheese1 can(s)
- Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Guava250 g
- In a blender, place the condensed milk, cream, the curd cheese and the already diluted gelatin as requested in the package description. Beat everything for 4 minutes.
- In a refractory or individual bowls, pour the liquid and take it to the fridge until it gets very firm.
- Cut the guava into very small cubes and cover with water and bring to the fire, stirring well, until it dissolves completely. After it cools down, spoon it over the ice cream. Place in the fridge and serve chilled. Decorated with mint leaves.
