- Cold water5 tablespoon
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Cream cheese300 g
- Guava200 g
- Water1/2 cup
- Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
- Take to microwave for 15 seconds.
- Put it in the blender and add the condensed milk, milk cream and cream cheese.
- Blend until smooth and pour into glasses or bowls.c
- Take it to the fridge to freeze.
- Mix the guava paste with the water.
- Melt in the microwave every 1 minute.
- When it gets creamy, place it over the white cream.
- Return to the refrigerator to firm up.
- Now just serve
