- Guava200 g
- For the Cheese Cake cream, beat the cream, condensed milk, corn starch, cottage cheese and eggs in a blender, beat well
- Pour the liquid into the wafer base
- Take the pie to the preheated oven at 170 degrees
- Leave for 40 min until golden and firm as a fluffy cake
- Remove from oven and let cool at room temperature.
- For the guava topping, cut the guava into small pieces and place in a small pan with half a glass of water over medium heat.
- Stir gently until the guava paste is completely melted.
- After turning into a guava jam, cover the pie and serve next.
