Cheese ice cream with guava topping

Em um liquidificador bata o leite condensado, o creme de leite(caixa). E os 3 potes de creme cheese, bata por 1min. Coloque a mistura em um pote, leve para o freezer e deixe lá por aproximadamente 4 horas, vá de vez enquando mexendo ele.

In a blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream (box). And the 3 pots of cream cheese, beat for 1min. Put the mixture in a pot, take it to the freezer and leave it there for approximately 4 hours, stirring it occasionally.

Para a calda coloque a goiabada cortada e a água em uma panela, deixe ferver bem até formar uma calda 

For the syrup, put the cut guava and the water in a pan, let it boil well until it forms a syrup.

Sirva o sorvete de queijo com a calda de goiabada por cima, e para finalizar coloque um suspiro
