  • Cream cheese900 g
  • Refined sugar300 g
  • Vanilla5 g
  • Eggs5 unit(s)
  • Corn starch50 g
  • Grated Parmesan to taste
  • Fresh cream500 g
  1. In a mixer, combine the sugar and cream cheese well.
  2. Continue beating and add the eggs, vanilla, heavy cream and cornstarch.
  3. Pour the grated Parmesan cheese over the pie and take it to the oven at 200° in a removable bottom tin, greased, and covered with parchment paper until the top is well caramelized.
  4. The pie will come out of the oven very soft yet, let it cool for 3 hours and it's ready.
