- Cream cheese900 g
- Refined sugar300 g
- Vanilla5 g
- Eggs5 unit(s)
- Corn starch50 g
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Fresh cream500 g
- In a mixer, combine the sugar and cream cheese well.
- Continue beating and add the eggs, vanilla, heavy cream and cornstarch.
- Pour the grated Parmesan cheese over the pie and take it to the oven at 200° in a removable bottom tin, greased, and covered with parchment paper until the top is well caramelized.
- The pie will come out of the oven very soft yet, let it cool for 3 hours and it's ready.
