- Parmesan cheese1 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Guava1 unit(s)
- Water to taste
- In a blender, add the eggs, yolk, condensed milk, milk, curd and cheese, beat for about 3 minutes.
- Take it to a buttered pudding mold, bake in a bain-marie for around 1h30min.
- In a pan, add the guava and water until melted.
- Put the pudding in the fridge for 4 hours and then add the topping.
