- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice2 tablespoon
- Sugar1/2 cup

- Red fruits for topping, in this recipe I used chopped strawberry, raspberry and blackberry to taste
- Grind the cornstarch in the food processor. Transfer to a bowl and mix in the butter until crumbly. Separate a removable rim shape, line the bottom and take it to the fridge for 1 hour.
- In a mixer, beat the ingredients: cream cheese, vanilla, lemon juice, sugar and eggs. After a while, everything will be smooth. Place this stuffing in the shape over the dough and take it to the preheated oven at medium temperature. Cooking takes about 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let cool and place in the fridge. Roof For a berry jam, we use half the fruit weight in sugar – it could even be a little less. To regulate or add acidity, we use drops and lemon zest. To enhance the color and give a special touch to the flavor, increasing the conservation we can add vodka or cachaça. Just put everything on the fire and stir. When it turns into a syrup, it's ready. Another option is to buy it at the ready market and spread it on top.
