- Grated Parmesan50 g
- Sugar1 cup
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Eggs4 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Guava in pieces20 g
- In a bowl, mix the sugar and butter, add the eggs and cheese.
- Sift the flour and add the liquid mixture. Add milk and yeast.
- Grease and flour a mold of your choice and transfer the mixture. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
- In a pan, add the water and the guava and bring to a low heat, stirring constantly, until a syrup forms. serve over the cake
