- Cream cheese400 g
- White chocolate150 g
- Unflavored Gelatin1 unit(s)
- Guava200 g
- Vanilla Essence1 to taste
- Butter100 g
- Cornstarch300 g
- Boiling water300 ml
- Let's go to the dough: in the blender or in the multiprocessor, crush the cookie, transfer to a bowl, add the melted butter and the vanilla essence until it becomes a crumb. Use a removable background shape. Level with the help of a spoon, take to the oven for 10 minutes.
- In a mixer, beat the cream cheese, condensed milk and cream until stiff. Prepare the gelatin as described on the package. In a water bath, melt the chocolate. Turn the mixer back on and add the gelatin and chocolate.
- Pass to shape and take the fridge to firm.
- I cut the guava paste into cubes and put it in a blender along with the boiling water. Until it turns into syrup. It works great!!
- As soon as the syrup cools down, pour it over cream and return to the fridge for another 2 hours later, just misinform.
