- Cream Cheese300 g
- Strawberries180 g
- powdered sugar130 g
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Maizena Biscuit90 g
- Melted butter35 g
- Juice of half a lemon15 ml
- In a blender or food processor, place the wafer and grind.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the melted butter. Mix and reserve.
- In a small false-bottom tin, place the cookie and butter mixture and knead with a whisk until it forms a flat base and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a pan, place a part of the whole strawberries with 30 grams of sugar and the juice of half a lemon. Stir until the strawberries break down and form a jelly. Turn off and book.
- Beat the cream cheese with the rest of the powdered sugar and the vanilla essence in the mixer until everything is incorporated.
- Remove the form from the fridge and add the cream cheese. Place in the fridge for another 1 hour until thickened.
- Carefully remove the cheesecake from the mold and cover with the strawberry jam. And to finish, put the rest of the whole or chopped strawberries. Serve cold.
