- Pinch of salt to taste

- Preheat the oven. In a 30cm refractory. You can use a mixture of powdered sugar and cinnamon. In a large bowl, place the flour, sugar and salt and mix well. With the mixer, add the eggs, one by one, and the butter and beat some more.
- Gradually add the milk at low speed until you have a smooth, lump-free dough. If you want to guarantee the texture, sieve the mixture. Spread the cherries in the refractory and carefully pour the dough over the top, bake for 30 minutes or until golden and firm.
