- Oat flakes1/2 cup
- Chia seeds2 tablespoon
- Almond milk or other150 ml
- Optional honey1 dessert spoon
- Flaxseed or other1 tablespoon
- Mix the oats and chia in a glass and add 150 ml of almond milk. If you want to sweeten, add honey and mix.
- Close the glass with plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge for at least 10 hours. When it's time to eat, add the flaxseeds.
