- warm milk2 cup
- Margarine6 tablespoon
- Oil4 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1 kg
- Shredded Coconut250 g
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- In a bowl, mix the yeast, sugar and milk.
- Put the eggs, 1 tablespoon of margarine and the oil
- Add the wheat flour until it starts to unglue from your hand.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- While the dough rests, make the filling with 1 cup of sugar, 5 tablespoons of margarine and the grated coconut and mix.
- After the dough rests, open the dough with a rolling pin and add half of the stuffing.
- You will roll the dough like rocambole and cut the slices
- Grease a shape with oil and place the slices in the shape
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
- After roasting, you can spread condensed milk and add grated coconut.
- Indulge in your chinequinho or Hungarian slices, whatever you want to call them!
