- Coconut milk1 cup
- Coconut oil1 tablespoon
- Hot water1/2 cup
- Grated unsweetened coconut40 g
- Milk powder1 cup
- Culinary sweetener to taste
- Blend the ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes.
- Pour in a non-stick pan and mix the grated coconut, stirring until you get the kissing point (unstick).
- Wait for it to cool down a bit and that's it!
- Melt the chocolate (I put it in the microwave: 3x of 30 seconds).
- Be careful with the chocolate! It burns very easily, so check it out.
- Then place a layer in the silicone mold and take it to the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Remove and put the stuffing (fake kiss), last another layer of chocolate and take it to the fridge.
