- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Warm Milk250 g
- Biological Yeast Powder50 g
- Chocolate Chips200 g
- Essence of Panettone20 ml
- Orange Zest1 unit(s)
- Place the eggs, the Panetone essence, the milk, the sugar and the baking powder in the blender. Beat until everything is mixed.
- In a bowl, put the wheat flour and the ingredients of the blender and mix the dough well until it releases from the hand. Then add the orange zest and chocolate drops, mix well in the dough.
- Cover the dough with a cloth or cling film and let it rest until it increases in volume. Then divide the dough into Panetone molds and bake until golden.
