- Dough: in a pan, boil the butter together with the water, then place the salt, flour and sugar on low heat, mixing well until a very smooth dough is obtained, the good consistency of the dough will be when it no longer sticks to the pan. forming a ball
- Remove from the heat and let it cool for about 4 minutes, in a mixer put the eggs and beat one by one, the dough should thicken and get a little shiny.
- Now put this dough in a bag and shape, put it on a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool, now it's time to make the filling.
- Chocolate filling: mix the condensed milk, the cream, the vanilla essence and the yolks in a pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes, then just melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, along with the cream until it is homogeneous, let it cool and fill the bombs
- Coverage: mix well until it melts and becomes homogeneous, add the chocolate sprinkles, and carefully pour over the bombs, the delicious chocolate bombs are ready
