- Cupuacu500 g
- Sugar300 g
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Powdered milk4 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Chocolate500 g
- FILLING 1: Bring the cupuaçu and sugar to the boil, stir until it comes off the pan, as if it were a candy. Set aside and when cool, make medium balls.
- FILLING 2: Bring the condensed milk, powdered milk and margarine to the fire, stir until it comes off the pan. Reserve. When cool, use to wrap the cupuaçu candy balls.
- COVERAGE: Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and wrap the filling bubbles in the melted chocolate, let it dry.
- You can also use candy molds.
- Just place the filling bubbles in the mold and cover to the rim with melted chocolate.
- Then put it in the fridge for 10 minutes and unmold.
