- Water250 g
- Biological Yeast Powder4 g
- Salt8 g
- Brown Sugar3 tablespoon
- Honey2 tablespoon
- Cocoa 100%4 tablespoon
- Hazelnut20 g
- Almonds20 g

- Dates50 g
- Chocolate Chips40 g
- Dulce de Leche5 tablespoon
- Milk3 tablespoon

- In a bowl put 100 grs. wheat flour, 100 gr. of water and biological yeast. Mix everything and make a dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
- In another bowl put the wheat flour, water, salt, cocoa, honey, and sugar and the mixture from the first bowl. Mix all ingredients. Knead the dough well for a few minutes until the dough is smooth.
- Open the dough with your hand to put the hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, dates and chocolate drops. Mix everything and knead some more. The stuffing has to be well incorporated.
- The dough has to rest for another 40 minutes or until it increases in size. Then put the dough in an iron pan with butter paper, make a cut in the dough and close it and bake for 20 minutes covered and then remove the cover and let it bake until golden.
- For the topping, put the dulce de leche, milk, almonds, nuts, dates and mix everything in a bowl. As soon as you take the bread out of the oven and take it out of the pan, put this mixture on top of the bread and then add the chocolate chips.
