- Dark chocolate150 g
- unsalted butter315 g
- Refined sugar260 g
- Wheat flour150 g

- Cocoa powder 70%3 tablespoon

- Melt the chocolates and butter in the microwave every 30 seconds
- After it melts, mix until smooth.
- Set aside and grease the mold with 15 grams of butter and cocoa powder.
- Preheat the oven to 180c for 15 minutes
- Then place all the ingredients in the chocolate and butter mixture and mix until smooth.
- Pour the dough into the baking dish and, if you want, add the chocolate chips or pieces on top.
- Bake for 35 min at 180c
