- refined sugar250 g
- Chocolate Powder300 g
- Unsalted butter200 g
- Chopped semisweet chocolate200 g
- Coarsely chopped walnuts1 cup
- Parchment paper to taste
- Melt the chocolate together with the butter in the microwave and set aside.
- In a mixer beat the eggs and sugar until smooth (about 2 minutes).
- Add the melted chocolate and beat more to mix.
- Add the chocolate powder and continue beating until smooth.
- Then add the wheat little by little and beat until the dough is completely homogeneous.
- Add the nuts and mix with a spoon.
- Line a rectangular cake pan with buttered parchment paper and pour in the brownie batter.
- Spread with a spatula to be uniform.
- Take to oven 180ÂșC to bake for about 45-50 minutes. (Do the toothpick test)
- Wait for the brownie to cool completely and cut the pieces as you prefer.
