- Chocolate powder or chocolate powder1 cup
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Hot water1 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Canned cream1 unit(s)
- Chocolate3 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Chocolate sprinkles to decorate to taste
- Beat the eggs, oil and sugar in the blender.
- Keep adding and interspersing the water, chocolate and wheat flour.
- Last add the baking soda and mix.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured mold and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for about 30 minutes.
- Prepare a brigadeiro over low heat, condensed milk, margarine and 3 spoons of chocolate milk. Cook stirring non stop until it starts to disgrace from the bottom of the pan. Turn off the fluff and add the sour cream. Mix well.
- Make holes in the cake and pour the syrup still hot.
