- Chocolate powder or cocoa1/5 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Sugar2 cup
- Hot water1 cup
- In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, oil, chocolate and wheat flour.
- Pour the dough into a bowl and add the hot water and yeast, mixing well.
- Pour the dough into a greased shape and bake in a medium-high oven (200°C), preheated, for 40 minutes.
- Unmold while still hot.
- For the frosting: melt a bar of milk or semisweet chocolate with 1 box of heavy cream over low heat.
