- Wheat flour with yeast400 g

- warm milk200 ml
- Oil200 ml
- Sugar309 g
- Brigadeiro to taste
- confetti to taste
- Chocolate powder200 g
- Baking powder2 tablespoon
- In the mixer put the oil, eggs, sugar and beat for 3 minutes.
- Now add the warm milk, and the wheat flour little by little.
- Finally, add the chocolate powder and beat for another 3 minutes.
- Finally, add the yeast and stir with a spoon.
- Put the mixture in a greased shape and take it to the preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
- After roasting, wait for it to cool and remove from the mold.
- Cover with the brigadeiro and sprinkle the confetti on top.
