- Recipe
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- sour cream1 can(s)
- egg3 unit(s)
- milk200 ml
- cocoa powder1 cup
- butter/margarine1 tablespoon
- granules to taste
- Before starting the recipe, preheat your oven to 200 degrees and bring some water to a boil.
- in the blender, beat all the ingredients for about 8 minutes so that our brigadeirão doesn't taste or smell like an egg.
- grease a form of pudding with butter/margarine and pour our dough into the already greased form. then put aluminum foil over the form that our dough is in. (example in the photos above)
- in a larger form, put the greased form on it and add the water already boiled between the space of the larger form for the greased form (example in the photos above) TO MAKE IT EASIER TO UNDERSTAND, IN THE PART OF THE SHAPES WE WILL DO THE SAME AS WE DO PUDDING!
- bake in the oven for approximately 80 minutes (1 hour). when the timer beeps, do the toothpick test, if it comes out dry you can take it out of the oven.
- when it comes out of the oven, take it to the fridge to cool (2 hours in the fridge). when it is very cold, unmold and to decorate our brigadeirão, put sprinkles, or chocolate balls.
