- If you want a fluffy cake, start by sifting the dough. In a mixer, add the dough, eggs, milk, butter or margarine (melted) and instant coffee. Whisk until all ingredients are well blended.
- Unite the shape, and if you want to make your cake more black, use chocolate or chocolate powder.
- Pour the dough into the form and bake for the time required for the dough you have chosen.
- If you wish, you can make a syrup. You will need 1 condensed milk, 2 tablespoons of butter, 3 tablespoons of chocolate or powdered chocolate and 2 tablespoons of instant coffee. Mix well, until smooth. Turn off and add 1 box of cream.
- Unmold the cake, and pour the coffee brigadeiro evenly.
