- Sour cream400 g
- Chocolate powder100 g
- Eggs5 unit(s)
- Brigadeiro granules to taste
- Cherries or Strawberries (optional) to taste
- Beat the eggs, milk cream, condensed milk and chocolate powder in a blender
- Grease the mold with oil or olive oil and pour in the liquid, then cover with aluminum foil (shiny side down, matte side out)
- Place in an oven heated to 180C° and bake for approximately 1:30h
- Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight
