- warm milk3/4 cup
- Chocolate powder1/2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Bicarbonate1 teaspoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Sift the flour and cocoa powder and set aside.
- In the mixer, place the eggs + butter + sugar and beat until you form a homogeneous cream.
- Add the warm milk and flour little by little to the mixture made in the mixer and beat.
- Add the bicarbonate and then the yeast.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C in a greased pan for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- ❗ The dough looks great to cut, wet and stuffing because it doesn't crumble easily.
