- Blend everything in a blender for approximately 3 minutes. Pour in a greased pudding mold (I made a caramel syrup directly in the mold), cover with aluminum foil and bake in a bain-marie for 45 minutes. I made it in the pan directly on the stove. Just put water in an amount that is more or less halfway through the pan so that water doesn't get inside and cover the pan. (I think this way it bakes faster and saves gas!) 😉💡
