- In a bowl add water, oil and sugar. Mix until the sugar granules dissolve.
- Then add the eggs and mix so that they are disguised and are well mixed with the ingredients that are already in the bowl.
- Then add the chocolate powder, sifted wheat flour and baking powder. So that the dough is very fluffy.
- Mix well, but not too much so that the dough is not heavy.
- Pour the dough into a medium greased with chocolate.
- Take it to the preheated oven at 180°C, for approximately 35 minutes or until you stick the middle of the cake with a knife or a fork or a toothpick and it comes out beautifully. In that case, you can turn off the oven and remove the cake and let it cool.
- Brigadier Coverage - Optional While the cake is cooling, make the brigadeiro frosting. Ingredients 1 can/carton of condensed milk 5 tablespoons of cocoa powder 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 100 grams of cream (half a box) Do it like this: 1° With the fire still off, put the condensed milk and chocolate powder in a saucepan. 2° Mix well, until you undo all the chocolate granules. 3° Add the butter/margarine and mix well. 4° Turn on the photo and stir until the brigadeiro thickens and when you pass the spoon at the bottom of the pan, open two paths and return slowly. 5° Turn off the fire and pour the brigadier frosting on top of the cake. 6° Wait to cool down a little bit and you can eat. Or you can eat it warm, I love it! Tip: if you prefer, you can put sprinkles on top too, I put confetti on mine. 😋 Make a coffee, tea or juice to go with it! ☕
