- 70% chocolate bar50 g
- Coconut Oil or Melted Butter1 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Oat bran or Oat flour1 tablespoon
- Cane molasses or other sugar of your choice1 tablespoon
- Baking powder1/2 teaspoon
- In a 400ml mug, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave or bain marie
- Add the egg and cane molasses. Mix
- Add the oat bran and mix
- Finish with the baking powder and mix gently
- Microwave for 1 minute
- Serve immediately
