70% chocolate bar50 g
Coconut Oil or Melted Butter1 tablespoon
Egg1 unit(s)
Oat bran or Oat flour1 tablespoon
Cane molasses or other sugar of your choice1 tablespoon
Baking powder1/2 teaspoon

In a 400ml mug, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave or bain marie
Add the egg and cane molasses. Mix
Add the oat bran and mix
Finish with the baking powder and mix gently
Microwave for 1 minute
Serve immediately
