- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Coconut Nectar (or Coconut Sugar)1 teaspoon
- Vanilla Extract1/2 teaspoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Whisk all the ingredients in a small bowl or in the mug/cup itself.
- Pour the dough into the mug (if you didn't do it directly) and microwave it for 45s to 1min30 (when it's cooked).
- When making it for the first time, observe and see the cooking time, as it will vary depending on the power of your microwave (mine works with 1min and 20s).
- Serve plain or top with chocolate sauce, fruit, grated coconut, jam, or whatever you prefer.
