- Xylitol or other sweetener2 tablespoon
- Almond flour2 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Yeast1/2 teaspoon
- Coconut oil or butter1 dessert spoon
- Start by melting the coconut oil in the cup and add all the ingredients: flour, xylitol, cocoa, egg and yeast. Mix well until it becomes a dough.
- Place the dough in a glass cup or container and then in the microwave and leave for 1 minute. Remove the cup and make sure the dough is not raw. If necessary, bake for another 30 seconds.
- If you want to melt chocolate 70% and put it on top of your mug cake.
