- Wheat flour without yeast2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Chocolate powder1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Sour Cream1 can(s)
- Condensed Milk1 can(s)
- Beat the oil, eggs, sugar and milk for about 3 min.
- Add the flour and chocolate and beat some more.
- Mix the baking powder with the help of a spatula.
- Grease a baking sheet with butter and flour, if you prefer you can grease it with chocolate.
- Pre heat the device (Air fryer) and place the roast inside the basket.
- Let it bake for 20min
- For topping, just mix condensed milk, cream and chocolate powder. Take it on low heat until it reaches the brigadier point.
- Once the cake is baked, let it cool and then add the icing. To give the charm, with the help of a sieve, put some chocolate on top.
